about

Grace Goble is an interdisciplinary artist and self-proclaimed “fun girl to hang out with” from the suburbs of Chicago, IL. In 2022 she graduated from Boston University with a BFA in Theatre Arts. While at BU, she focused her studies in acting, musical theatre, playwriting, dramaturgy, and directing. In 2023, Grace founded Outside the Lines Theatre Collective, a collective of resourceful and scrappy theatre artists located in New York City. She has served as a lead producer and Business Manager on their recent productions of Spring Awakening (ART/New York) and The Female Gays (54 Below).

She began self-publishing a series of essays called Bimbo Summit in 2023, which dives deep into the way current-day media views women.

In her work, she is inspired by feminine rage, laughter, the absurdity of the world around us, and a deep sense of the way people should be treated. She believes that everything is at least a little bit funny, unless it’s not. She strives to make people feel seen and held, only if they want to. Her goal is to set shit on fire (in the nicest way possible).

Outside of her work, Grace enjoys reading by candlelight, befriending every animal that crosses her path, holding other people’s babies, knitting, and learning to play new instruments.
